I hit some new maxes today. With the pyramiding it was a killer workout. I was sweating after my 3rd set of squats. I was pouring with it when I got half way through my dead lifts. I maxed out at 115 on the squats and 145 on the dead lifts today.
I peaked at 110lbs x 8 reps on the lat pull down, after starting at 70lbs x 15 reps. With my arm curls, I started at 40lbs x 15 reps and maxed at 60 lbs at 10. On the bench I started at 95lbs (bar included) at 15 reps x 2 sets and maxed at 135lbs (bar included) at 12 reps x 2 sets I did my overhead press at 50lbs vs 10 reps, two sets. And finished up with 35lb tricep exensions at 10 reps, two sets. I was really feeling the pump by the time I got to my abs and was massively feeling it when I hit the treadmill. |
