Doubt in my marauder tree

Hello.
I'm currently making a marauder cleave build, in a hybrid way. I'm at lvl 63 and i have a huge doubt in my progression which is in life % passives VS leech and +1 endurance. I will post the 2 passive tree links and if you dont mind, please tell which one w'd be the best for now/end game, and if not asking much why your choice. V1
