Theorycrafting: Codename Ballhurdler

Hey!

I was checking some threads where people were complaining about Infernal Mantle and got an idea. There's just one thing that needs to be made clear first:

Does Blood Magic negate the Infernal Mantles downside? Is no mana considered low mana? Anyone know?

Idea is something like this: Infernal Mantle, Blood Magic, Searing Touch and a Fireball linked with GMP, Chaos Damage, Life Leech, Fire Penetration, Elemental Proliferation and Chance to Ignite.
