(Aug 26 NZT) Hardcore No-Party Ladder Race

Standard rules for league events apply. Please click this link if this is your first race event.

Duration: Three hours
Hardcore: Yes
Partying: Disabled
Start time: 9am NZ time, Sunday Aug 26 (2pm Saturday Pacific Time)

I've been practicing really hard! I hope I win >:D
I would love more solo races personally. Just putting my 2 cents in.
"'What is this thing, anyway?' said the Dean, inspecting the implement in his hands.
'It's called a shovel', said the Senior Wrangler. 'I've seen the gardeners use them. You stick the sharp end in the ground. Then it gets a bit technical.'" -Terry Pratchett, Reaper Man
Don't make me come down there to NZ. I know where you work =)

You're offering to help run races? good stuff champ
This is going to become a weekly request :)

Please implement /myladder and /myclass in game commands. It's not only the top ten people on the ladder that want to know how they are fairing during the races.
I'm BACK :)

+1 (weekly) ^^

maybe as a '/charstat' command that includes all relevant informations:
-playtime (ingame)
-lifetime (inreal)
-deathes
-actual ladder rank
-actual class ranking
...?

The biggest suggestion towards races that I saw was running one solo only event and one unrestricted event at different times in the same weekend.
Check out http://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/41078 and post there to support having solo-only and party-only event modes!
I'd like to see 2 simultaneous races, 1 solo only, and 1 party enabled. Would be nice to see how many play in each event, and also contrast results, while still rewarding those that succeed at each. Either that or 1 race that has 2 prize pools, one for those that entered parties, and one for those that didn't.

2 separate races seems like a good idea for those that want more prizes, but I don't think that's what GGG wants to do, as evidenced by the smaller prize rewards in the 1 week race.
