ya killing mobs in 4+ freeze pulses is kind of a joke, considering most of the other classes are 1-2 shotting mobs. Witch is half decent if you get a cold gem wand/dagger, but not really because every other class besides maybe shadow gets legitimate aoe

idk why this hasn't been fixed yet, numbers speak for themselves.

Since the season is under way, I doubt GGG can make sudden changes to Descent. But yeah I do agree that changes need to be made, which is to be expected as this is the first time Descent is held.

Perhaps once the season ends, GGG can have several individual Descent races with different tweaks to see what changes brings the best balance.

Disappointing to realize GGG didn't internally test Descent first, or alpha test it enough to identify the classes' disadvantages first to ensure they start on an even footing. It seems that this bright idea was sparked perhaps in the latter part of Season 2, then quickly implemented for season 3, so there was very little time to test it. :(

Blame that on neon.

What would be interesting is if they did class specific descent races. Witch only, Ranger only etc. That would really level the playing field... you know, aside from complete luck as to item drops.
