any help?
Thanks in advance

Hey there,

Has the game worked for you before?
If it has, did you make any changes between then and now?

You may want to run a Pack Check before doing anything else.
A guide for doing this can be found here:
https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/18531

If that doesn't find/fix any issues, I'd recommend running the game as Administrator and temporarily disabling any anti-virus software you may have installed or better yet, adding an exception for Path of Exile.

Let us know if this doesn't help :)

I have not run game for about week, before it worked nice.
today as I started desktop shortcut it updated patch.
Running in administrator mode doesnt helps.
disabling anti virus neither. and already have in exception list.

After Running PackCheck.exe it crashes saying: PackCheck.exe has stopped working;
if its important heres problem details:

and thanks for response

Hey there,

Hmm, in that case I'd recommend deleting the game/content.ggpk file and downloading/installing a new one from scratch, while being connected to a VPN.
This way you can ensure that you're getting a fresh copy of the game, as I suspect there was a problem with the patching of your client.

A guide for using a VPN can be found here:
