Reason For Bans?

is there any system in place to email a person as to why they have been banned?

both myself and my brother paid for a beta key for path of exile.

myself, i have had no issues, i play a bit here and a bit there, but my brother on the other hand has funny hours with his working shifts.

today we was gonna play together, but after i logged in, i got a call from him that he'd been banned.

he hasnt recieved an email from support, not are we any wiser to finding out why.

i have searched the forums, but cant really find any information.

should we just email customer support or?

Yes emailing or PM-ing support would probably be the best idea
