LMP/GMP - can they target the same monster?
The others - can they return to the monster they just hit? If not, can they, after touching other monsters, return to a previous one?

If guided arrow base damage < 100% then LMP/GMP can target same monster, if > 100% then no. Perhaps the percentage should be lower, maybe 70% but you get the idea.

The others should probably use the same rule as piercing for Spark, where the projectile can return to the target it just hit only if 1 second has passed since the hit.

As much as I love this skill, pierce + crit + kb from king of the hill would make this absolutely op. I havent played the newer patches of d2 but back in 1.08/1.09 you would just spam GA and just kb lock anyone. PVP would be a joke and pve would pose no challenge
