Voll's Protector Bug

It says it grants a power charge on critical strike - but this isn't true. It only does so on spell critical strikes. I'm not sure if this is a wording error or the item isn't working as intended, but melee criticals don't add power charges.

It did at one point though (Build of the Week, melee witch with Voll's). Curious as to what happened.

Hmm, I guess I was mistaken? I wasn't getting any on my cleave crits with my Shadow, but that seems to be working. I tested it on my marauder, and his staff crits do seem to be adding them. Sorry.
