Rolled witch, died at lvl 8 in statue zone to the final terminal desync in a giant chain of terminal desyncs that started in the first area and didnt stop until i died.
Rerolled witch, died at lvl 4 in goat area to more terminal desyncs.
Rerolled templar, got even more crazy desync but didnt die, crashed in statue zone at lvl 8 with 4 minutes to go. Some of the desync i got with him ive never seen before- he would stand on the spot in a running animation for 2-3 seconds then suddenly teleport half a screen.
Weaponswitch wouldnt work properly either; i often couldnt attack or cast for a full second or 2 after switching, id just stop and stand still instead.
Stunlock was a problem too with all the desync, half the time i couldnt even cast or the projectiles would go through enemies but do no damage. At least ice nova was reliable, when it wasnt getting chain interrupted anyway.
I also noticed the same problem with witch that i did with shadow, specifically that the spells damage doesnt keep up with the monsters life. Pulse with pure damage nodes and a pair of 20%+ wands couldnt kill a small white archer statue in under 6 casts. Fireball wasnt any better.
The alira clone did 3/4 my life with one wand blast, and she comes with a huge blue pack who can all instagib on a high/crit det dead. Who the fuck is going to fight her atm?
Is this mode ever going to get some balancing? To call its current form unfinished would be quite the understatement.
