Beta Key didn't work properly

So I bought the bronze pack and I used 2 of the 3 keys without a hitch but then the third I gave to another friend and he used it so it is marked as used but his account still says that it is not activated.

I was wondering if there is anything I can do to fix this.

Update: he seems to have linked two names to his account and it is longing into the wrong one so there might not actually be a problem.

Update 2: He told me he got an e-mail that said that since he never verified the original name with the beta key was removed so is it gone forever now?

Also sorry for this spam I will just edit my posts now.

Update 3: When trying to make an account using the original name (excalber22) which is the one that was overwritten it tell him that there is already an account with that name however he cannot access it in any way. His new account name that was accidentally made, and overwrote excalber22 (which has the beta key), is excalber23.

Any help at all would be much appreciated.
