Albion, Arcanum and the Elder Scrolls series don't belong on that list.
Albion has a deep story with a lot of dialogue. There is combat of course but it's turn-based. Arcanum is a game with far deeper roleplaying mechanics and geared towards plot rather than combat. The Elder Scrolls are much more about freedom and exploration, something that's generally impossible in diablo-esque games. " The greatness of the Deathspank games is in the writing, over-the-top dialogue in completely ridiculous stories and outlandish characters. At the same time the games satirize themselves and the genre they belong to by presenting all the tropes of typical action RPGs.
