I'm in the US, and yes. I've restarted and lost 4 HC characters today from super lag, even AltF4, when i log back in i had died before it closed down.
If i just wait it out, hoping the lag will fix itself it finally crashes with a white error box that pops up. Next time i will write it down because i don't remember th error. It's beta i don't mind the crashing or the deaths but i do hope the figure out what is causing it soon.
