It seems like there should be rules in place against it. However, since there are not, people are bound to do whatever it takes to increase their odds and manipulate the system. =(

Didn't Chris say once that even with multiple accounts your odds of getting a key don't increase? I wonder if they dont hand out keys on a system based on something like ip address they just link 1 account to a specific ip address and issue they keys that way. The Devs are obviously all smart guys there is really no way they didn't account for random multis. There is of course the off chance that I am wrong about this and this guy is making it harder for us deserving members to get our keys, in which case i say please ban him and his multis.
