Question/thought about respeccing.

If my passives travel in a circle, does that mean I can use respec points to remove any passive I want from the circle?
What I mean is this: http://www.pathofexile.com/passive-skill-tree/AAAAAQQADoTpHCRCnaDa5mH9HV7NnSbA84lcWRYYkSL_VJ0wIToxLSI0o6DOjQ== If I grab that one point of +10 dex, and then grab "leather and steel" next, then can I grab "armor and evasion twice, which would make a full circle. Then can I use a respec point to undo that +10 dex since I wouild have another valid "path"? In the long run, the build would not be any stronger, but for the next 3 levels it would be slightly stronger since you would grab "leather ans steel" sooner. **edit** and how do you scroll around on that passive tree that I linked to? Yes, you could do that, but really wouldn't be worth the effort...
And you can just use the mouse to move the skilltree |

Yeah you can do that since the new points complete the new path. Also, to move the tree around just click and drag it.
