[0.9.11h] Quest items can be placed in the stash.

As of the latest patch, which introduces control-click to transfer items into the stash, the same can be done with quest items.

Quest items in the stash can also be taken out by the character that placed them there, but not by other characters.

When I experimented with new characters, a different character couldn't take a quest item (medicine chest) out of the stash when they had already completed the quest. Instead, the chest simply ceased to exist entirely.

The character that originally placed the chest into the stash was able to redo the quest and get the chest from Hailrake a second time, so this isn't a completely game-breaking bug, but still a pretty serious one.

Hopefully, it can be fixed soon.

As a followup..You aren't able to control where it is placed in your stash. It uses the first available slot. If you pick it up inside of your stash, you are unable to put it back. You must put it in your inventory and then ctrl-click it again. While I like being able to store quest items (doesn't make sense why not), I do see a potential problem with current implementation, if you have a full inventory and click on a quest item in your stash

Being able to place them in the stash is a bug, it's not intentional.

If you could place them in the stash, you could share them between characters and break the quest-progression of the game.
Already reported, http://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/44771 but thank you ^^

Oh, I must have missed that since it wasn't in the Bug Reports section.

But it looks like someone else beat both of us:

Oops. So much for one thread per bug.

I saw that post, but it doesnt rly say that its possible with CTRL+Click so i decided to make a new post
Additionally (as I just found out), quest items can be shared between difficulties. I just used normal mode's Allflame to complete the quest in Cruel, after having stored it in my stash using this bug.

EDIT: I'd also like to add that it did not disappear upon my completing the quest (although I'm not sure if this is normal behavior or not, being that this is my first character).
