Server Crash and Lost Items

So I just got to the Act 2 boss. Beat him on my first try. And I was so happy because I saw Kripp (or maybe it was Athene) struggle with him and I got him in one try. I am elated and pumped up because I also got my first unique to drop (a circlet). I am all excited that I got it done 7 minutes before the new patch. I call my friend and then the server crashes.
I lost the circlet and I now have to go through that damn pyramid again. Feels bad man. Anyway to get the circlet restored? | |

That sucks! I'm sorry we can't help you out - The server crash effectively erases our logs of that. We can make sure that this particular server crash doesn't happen again, but I'm sorry to say that your item was lost, and you'll have to beat that boss again ;_;
