Game lag or something?

I'm recording some game play today with Fraps and about 3 minutes into my game play everything lags and just stops responding in game.

The mobs either stand there and do nothing or follow me around and do not attack. I can move all over the map, see the mobs but no reaction. I cannot port, use spells or anything else my only option is to log out or leave game.

Every now and again a few seconds of action will resume but everything stops again.

Eventually I will DC but it takes about 5 minutes or more.

This has happened about 10 times now. Sometimes if I log right back in I can port to the dungeon where I have previously killed things but cannot do anything just as before.

This is all in Waterfall Caves level 2 Merciless.

My internet connection seems fine according to Vent ping and Speed Test.

The entire time I am writing this I am sitting in game like this.

Does it happen without fraps running?
