Stuck at 99%

I decided to give this game a try but I can't even get past the downloading client. I've tried to install the game twice and each time I get stuck at 99%. When I exit and reenter it tells me that 15.56kb are remaining. My speed is also 0b/sec... So did I just waste 10$ can someone help? Also the first time I installed I received a timeout error. I forgot to take note of it because I didn't think it would be a problem...

I really want to play this game. It's really frustrating that I payed 10 dollars to install twice and have no one answer. Can someone please respond i will greatly appreciate it. Please.
