MAJOR ATTACK BUG- DEV ATTENTION NEEDED. MUST FIX

Ok, say your aiming your cursor at a random place on floor(not mob) you cast an aoe spell like that meteor shower one, while the animation runs, you move your mouse in another direction to the floor(not mob) and try to move character, instead the game single targets a enemy npc and attack. so you could be wasting cast times on mobs u never intended instead of kiting
