question for ground slam build

im kinda new at the game Ive played during alpha butt really didn't get into it like i have been the last month or so .



so if anyone can help me with a ground slam build for mara that would be great



currently im speced into elemental damage ground slam with blood magic resolute technique

unwavering stance iron reflexes and inner force


i need more life and was wondering if physical damage or elemental would be better ?
