Open Beta Still Set for August?

Early in the year I had heard July 2012 would be the Open Beta launch, then the most recently I heard was August. I looked through dev posts and tried searching but didn't see any recent information. Are we still on schedule for OB in August or has that been pushed back, and if so, is there a new tentative date?
