Is it me or ..... I cannot find recipe information

I've searched this forum and flipped like 4 or 5 pages of results.

Cannot seem to find a comprehensive guide about the recipes which includes what I should sell to vendor in order to get a new item.

Can someone link me to that, or I just can't figure out how this recipe works? :S

btw, Is the search function on this forum limited? I couldn't sort the result with date/time.
