when you upgrade do you get a second key?

I bought the 10$ key a few months back, decided to upgraded and show some more love. I got the confirmation email. But I was wondering if you get a second key for upgrading? the email suggests that you do I'm not sure though?

Only if the pack you are upgrading to contains more keys than the pack you already have.
