game stuck becouse grace piriod

hello my problem is when i enter any character i sometimes get stuck in grace piriod and i cant interact with anything this only happens sometimes but it really ruining the game for me so if someone know how to deal with it plz help

" Oh nice, now you can use it to exploit and stuff! :) Kidding of course.... What do you do to remedy this issue, restart the game? Have you tried running a Pack Check just to be safe? Do you use a wireless mouse/keyboard? (have you tried a different mouse/keyboard?) Can't say that I've heard of this happening before, so I'm quite interested to see what it ends up being. |

yes i exit to the menu and enter the char again sometimes it disapears and sometimes its still stuck like that and yes i use wireless keyboard and mouse if that the problem how can i fix it without buying a new ones?
