Deal With the Bandits Mishap

Is there a chance you could switch the result of the normal "Deal With the Bandits" quest on my "Innkeeper" character so I get the 8% elemental resist instead of the 1 passive point?

I've had this character since the start of open beta and did the quest during the time it was bugged. It wasn't till now that I noticed my character got the extra skill point even though I sided with Kraityn and killed the other bandits.

In the future it will be available, but not now.
