Unlock Code Snaffu HELP!!

I just changed locations and the game asked me for an unlock code. I put it in and it says code accepted. I attempt to sign back in and it just asks for the unlock code again. This repeats ad nauseum.

Assistance is required!

EDIT: It's important to note that I cannot play the game because of this. Don't know if the jist of that was communicated correctly in the above narrative.

This was fixed. Apparently I had to run the game as administrator. Wierd since I've never had to do that before.
