Disconnects every 5-10 mins

Same problem alot of people seem to be having. I'm on a wireless connection, can't really go wired due to where my comp is in the house. I play and download everything else just fine, it seems that maybe PoE is a bit sensitive ISP wise. WinMTR below. Any help/advice appreciated, thanks.

You'll need to change the channel your network broadcasts on, it's likely to be an issue with interference from your neighbors wireless devices/networks.

Are you also using wireless?
You're getting 1354ms latency spikes between your PC and modem/router.
