Decoy Totem Cast Speed off

Hi guys, I've got a bug report regarding the cast speed of the "decoy totem" skill.

It says 0.9 sec cast time in the description, that's the same cast time as the "summon skeleton" skill has. But compared to summon skeletons I cast decoy totem at least 2 times slower.

The animation where my character raises their hand is way slower than with summon skeletons. Something must be off with either the skill description or the cast time.
