I have the same question. It's not in the Glossary. https://pathofexile.gamepedia.com/Onslaught says: " Onslaught is a buff that grants 20% increased attack speed, cast speed, and movement speed. The effects of Onslaught are affected by increased Buff Effect, which can only be obtained through the use of Ichimonji.
