Am I Doing This Right?

Just wanted to post my build and gear for someone to inspect to make sure I am prepared for Act 1 Cruel. My biggest concern is my gem placement so input on that would be great.

Why so many white items?! You are missing so many stats on these non magic items..

You have close to 0 resists, I wonder how difficult it was for you in act 3 normal.
If you go to negative resists, maybe it is manageable for the first part, but you will start dying a lost soon.

Use your currency, make those items blue and roll something good. I seriously doubt you didn't any decent rare items.

I started yesterday on anarchy league and found 1 unique and 3 rare, all of those I am wearing.

For Cruel you need at least positive resists. Aim for 50+ all resists (except chaos, that's hard to come by so early).
