Melee Splash Glacial Hammer (Anarchy)

Please help me optimize my build

Plan on using glacial hammer+ melee splash + blood magic+ life leech + ? melee phys?

Key passives resolute technique , Iron reflexes

Plan using grace anger wrath as blood magic auras

Vitality Purity and Hatred as mana based?


Any suggestions will help.

I'm actually looking into doing similar build. Still up in the air if I want to go two handed or duel wielding. What I was thinking was running Bringer of Rain linked with melee splash, multi-strike, LoH, Glacial ( all quality 15+ ). If I go two handed I can have massive dps, if I go duel wield I could max attacks per second.

Pm if you want to see the build soon as I get the character to 66 I'll be demoing it.
I've abandon the ideal after originally working on it, even before 11 was even released or known that melee was getting a buff. Now that it has released, I am still not impressed and think that it is, in every way, inferior to any type of Freezing Pulse build. Sadly, this is 100% true, this is sad because it looks and sounds hella fun :(

Does mace damage nodes, will add damage to scepters too?
Im planning a similar build, but 1h/Shield w/ max block. And i don't know that, cuz i don't see any scepter damage nodes on the skill tree... :(

Your missing key attack speed and damage buffs from the duelist which for glacial hammer build are key ( converts physical to cold damage )
MAde some more adjustments. Is this what you were thinking?

Looks decent to me, but I would change going all the way to near static blows for more life. Since we know now that armor outweighs life almost 10 fold now, I would look at picking up armor nodes near the marauder start. Just a thought though.

Also, as a duelist trying out another rebuild. at level 24 using dual brightbreaks I'm sitting at 495dps @ 5.2 attacks per second glacial strike on a 4L ( Glacial, Multistrike, Melee Splash, LoH).
