Next patch as said above, but i have heared (haven't tried it myself, so i won't confirm it) that you can trigger some PvP action with the bandit quest in act 2 (i know what the description sais, but since pvp isn't in yet i wasn't sure about it)

Open world PvP D2 style is the reason my friends and I are here to stay. As long as they don't mess it up (and I have no reason to believe they would) than I can see us playing this game for years. Can't wait. :)
