Stay as Elemental/Static blows or switch to something else?

What do you guys think? I haven't played in awhile and was wondering for patch 0.11.0, will Elemental/Static blows still be viable as a build (with Cleave) or should I respecialize into something else? (given the free respecialize option). Also, what builds do you think would be more viable end-game now? Thanks!
