Not knowing the side of your wife, but I hope you all the best. I don't know how the UK Health system works, but you can hopefully seek some sort of social support during difficult times, ie emergency funds, accomodation, men's groups etc
POE is a constantly evolving game, so expect balance changes, buffs and nerfs STILL!
