25 fusings used trying to get a 4 link

I used 46 to get 4 link, kotao got 6 link with single one.

And I see nothing wrong here. (Though I'm still a bit jealous)

But seriously, 46, and you find nothing wrong with that?
IMO the rng and low positive result chance of them is a tad much.

4 Link is still reachable by anyone and usually it's better to start building an item from its socket layout instead of stat mods if you really do need that 4 link.
I'd to get a really good rare often requires chaos orbs of at least as much worth than it takes to get 4 link. Or you know, you could just trade a 4 link item. A guaranteed result.

Anh now I am trying to get a 5l with fusing, what is the chance folks?

your better off starting with a 5L and making it rare then change the stats over and over you'll likely spend a dozen orbs vs 3-4 dozen tying to link

the upgrade chance on links is far lower than the chance to get good stats on chaos orbs.

It only ever takes 1!

I'd say it takes me 10 on average to get a 4 link. If you used 25 maybe you have bad luck, or maybe it's item level was too low to actually support a 4 link.

If an item can support 4 sockets, it can support 4 links.
