No mouse-pointer when using custom DPI in Windows.

This game still has this issue after years. Turning off mouse trails fixed it, but I had mouse trails turned on for a reason. Ugh.

Running full screen, at 1920x1080. Windows is scaled because I have a high res display. (Which makes find the curser hard sometimes).
