Enlarged arrows when attached to lightning warp totems

This shouldn't be possible! We fixed this on players!

Will see if I can replicate this.

Edit: Confirmed! This happens when your client drops a few frames in mid-teleport. Usually arrows can't stick in something while teleporting, but if you're resizing your client or just losing a few frames, this will happen.
