once downloaded the game, if i copy the entire folder to a DVD or another pc, game could works without problems?

You should install the game fresh to the other PC, then manually copy the Content.ggpk file from the install dir over.
That should avoid most of the download. But you do need to run the .msi installer first to create the correct dependencies. Code warrior
