Stuck by loading screen

If i start my client it just stays by the grinding gear games loading screen

Stuck on Loading screen
If it was working and just started happening, check page 12. Is this a new problem? Or did it start with the patch, as Greybear says?

I waited for >10 minutes and nothing happpened ;P
