10 modifier rare monsters no meaningful loot on T17 more scarab map with scarab atlas

I used a full scarab atlas tree including "Amplified Artefacts" and stacking rare modifiers.

Map device:
1x Horned scarab of Nemesis
1x Allflame Ember of Propagation
1x Betrayal scarab of the Allflame
2x Scarab of Adversaries

T17 abomination map with 100+ iiq 100+ more scarab modifiers

The loot was disappointing. I had lots of rares with +8 modifiers and any scarab drops. It felt like the more modifier i transfered, the less loot i got.
I got lots of gold instead.

Community on reddit has a similar feeling. Reaching T16 maps feels like wombgift drops decrease, i dont know if this is intended or not.

I like low investment scarab farming very much, but this endgame feels very disappointing, i think something is not in place.
