please fix the low pass filter effect that happens whenever an enemy using a player death sound dies

it's really confusing that the low-pass filter applied to the game's audio when you die is also applied whenever a monster that shares those death sound effects also dies (rogue exiles, some bosses, etc). It should only be happening when you die.
