Unable to spawn memory tears after migrating

A couple days after starting the league on a friend's private league I decided to migrate all to softcore trade.

So far I have run probably 100+ maps with points in the atlast tree alocated to increased chance to contain memory tears.

Not only I'm unable to chase uniques/invitations from bosses, I also can't complete new maven's invitation now
