Currency Exchange – Orders Still Showing from Deleted Characters

Hello,

I’ve encountered a bug with the Currency Exchange system. Even after deleting a character, the old Place Orders from that character are still displayed and remain active in the exchange interface.

I would like to suggest that when a character is deleted, all of its associated currency exchange orders should also be automatically removed.

Thank you for looking into this issue!

Best regards,

Your exchange orders are associated with the league and remain so even after all of its characters have been deleted. The system is designed to allow for 10 orders across all leagues in POE1, but currently only lets players cancel orders from the league in which they were made (or have been migrated to).

In your case, the orders are in the Standard league. You can use any character in Standard to cancel and remove the orders. This will include a brand new character off of the beach, assuming that you are considered to have unlocked the Currency Exchange in Standard (which you should be).

If you have orders remaining on the Exchange at the end of Keepers league, they will be also migrated to Standard when its league state is migrated.

In some cases, you might need to migrate a league manually (such as from SSF to trade, from an event league, or just to force the migration before it happens automatically). Even if you have no characters remaining in the league, you can do so using the >> button at the bottom left of the character list on the Character Selection screen.
