Abnormaly long loading times

I have way longer loading times now thanks to some shader compilation issue that keeps occuring every now and then. Shader bar in the performance metrics is constantly full despite everything having been loaded and Drive bar being empty. I made the Nvidia shader cache bigger, gave it some more time to "load", even moved the shader cache from default location in AppData to the same drive as the game. Loading into town or some specific maps (Palace for me, for example) takes an absurdly long while compared to previous leagues like Settlers.
My hardware is: CPU - AMD FX-8320E (game was working completely fine before with this CPU) GPU - NVIDIA GTX 1070 RAM - something something Kingston HyperX Fury DDR3, 2x8 GB SSD - Samsung 870 EVO 1TB (same one for 250 for my system drive) Game settings are: DirectX12 Vsync OFF Triple Buffering ON Upscale mode OFF Texture Quality HIGH Texture Filtering 16x Dynamic Culling ON Dynamic Resolution OFF Engine Multithreading ON Please stop ignoring this reoccuring issue that has been happening for a few leagues: first Siege of the Atlas (for me at least), then Ancestors (for a lot of people, I havent played the league because of it), and now Keepers.
