Harmony of purpose guardian ascendancy not working properly with buff expiry rate

Hello,

I'm using the Harmony of purpose ascendancy on guardian along the runegraft of the warp to make buff expire 30% slower on me and it's bugged with the shrines provided by ascendancy.

Sometime my character will have the shrine duration expire slower correctly, sometime my character will just get the basic 20sec shrine duration.

I would really like to know if this will get fixed soon

It's probably a bit confusing since it says "Gain a random Shrine buff every 10 seconds". But not all "shrine buffs" are technically buffs. Buff icons have a green border.


Runegraft of the Warp doesn't work on grey-bordered effects since they are neither buffs nor debuffs.
