Nameless seer bug?

After running like 100+ maps in Defiled Cathedral,still haven't met the nameless seer yet.Is there any chance there is a bug or something?Cause usallly in other map i can see him in around every 20 maps.But the last time i saw him,just igonred him and go away.Is that a problem or not?

I have gotten the nameless seer in Defiled Cathedral. The best way to get him is to put natural monsters with shrines.

After this post,I start to do other maps.In less than 50maps,I saw nameless seer like 3-4 times.Then I came to defiled cathedral,the fisrt map got him.I think there must something wrong in the hidden mec.Anyway thanks.(btw I report you by mistake,sorry!!should click "reply" not "report")

I have run over 300 defiled caths now without seeing it. The last 100 or so with max shrine count.

I've seen reflecting mist dozens of times but nameless seer not once.
Definitely feels like it's a bug preventing it from spawning.

My eyes hurt like hell from the dark cathedral coloring and the game feels like shit.

Same here I have ran over 100+ Maps I ran 1 ashen wood got hit first try. Went back to defiled and put another 30+ maps into it and still nothing feels like a bug.

Ok,just try to meet nameless seer in other maps first,and do not ignore him(buy anything).After that,come back to defiled cath and try again.That works for me.
