Can not add Helena to hideout

Edit: Fixed. I spoke to Helena in Act 2 again, which made her appear in my hideout.

I am unable to add Helena to my hideout, the reason given is that I have not completed the "Intruders in Black" quest in Act 2, as visible in the screenshot below.



However, the quest log states that I have completed the quest. I am in the Atlas already, and if I recall correctly, the quest is required to progress in Act 2, so it should definitely be completed for me by now.

I have completed "Intruders in Black" on a second character, issue persists.

Does it make any difference to speak to Helena in Act 2 Town?
(e.g. to open the Switch Hideout interface)


I don't expect that re-applying her to your hideout in Standard would do anything to resolve the issue, as it might otherwise appear to be with your quest state or the server reporting it, but might be worth a try to (re-)add Helena to your personal hideout in the other league.

She may already likely be there, in which case other players would see Helena in your current hideout in Keepers.

Fixed! Speaking to Helena in Act 2 made her appear in my hideout. (She had already been added in a previous league)

Kinda silly that I had not tried that initially, thank you for the help. Still, the quest log being mismatched is misleading, so it might be worth looking into.
