High Latency Upon entering Zoned often leading to disconnect.

I Have been experiencing high latency when entering certain zones which very often lead to disconnection.
Usually I will load a new instance and it works. But for some reason it doesn't work in chamber of sins act 7 I have tried going in for the 8th time now only to DC. Even tried switching servers from Singapore which has the lowest Ping for me to Japan (second highest), problem still here. Last bumped on Nov 1, 2025, 10:52:34 AM

I decided to turn on my VPN and somehow the problem went away. Just leaving this here for anyone experiencing similar issues.

GGG I honestly think there are issues with certain zones in the game.
Now in Cruel lab I keep getting high latency and DC on enter one particular room. The 5 rooms before it were not an issue. |

I think it's related to some league mechanics, at least that's what is happening to me. As soon as I see the Legion symbol on the minimap, my latency rises and doesn't stop until I disconnect. If I go away from it, the latency goes down again.
I only had this problem in the Climb, and now in Dried lake. Both zones where's always a Legion encounter. So maybe something similar for you? Last edited by Nick3108#3172 on Nov 1, 2025, 3:26:17 AM

" After further testing I dont think its a VPN thing. But can confirm I am still experiencing issues in some zones. I just did my merc lab. When ever I enter a room i check to see if the latency spikes, if it does I usually click to go back to the other room wait a couple of mins and go back in. If i dont I will surely DC. So far in Acts I just reload a new zone instance and it helps. Also I was ussing DX11 when i first encountered the issue, I switched to vulkan and thought it helped for a couple of zones but I am still encountering this problem every now and then. |
