black screen when opening poe

Good evening. When I tried to open PoE on Steam today, I couldn't log in because the screen just stays black. I've already tried the following:

Verify game files
Clear cache
Delete user data
Reinstall the game
Update drivers
Disable antivirus


After all these steps it still doesn't work and I can't play, that's why I'm posting this in the forum. Thank you very much for any help you can offer.
